This picture was taken in a village near Kaseye (I can't remember the specific name). We were laying the stone foundation/ filter at the base of the well. All of the water had been bailed out of the well, but it slowly comes back while we are building. Depending upon the rate it comes back, or the rate of the builder, the water may need to be bailed several times.
