Katherine took this picture on my birthday when we reached the summit of the Waterkloof Trail in Naukluft Park. This was a 17 km trail that took us about 6 hours to hike. Early on, we had a slight run-in with some Chocma baboons, but after a few tense minutes, they moved off of the trail and let us pass.
